Information

The Imperial House was built in 1883 to house the Governor-General during the Colonial Era. It would be used until 1987 when the position was dissolved. In 1988, the monarchy took possesion of the house and used it to receive dignitaries and officials. When the republic was established in 1997, it was refurbished to house the Prime Minister. After months of legal battles it fell into private hands. In 2001, the Government regained Imperial House and debated its future. With the creation of the Micronational General Alliance, Imperial House seemed fitting to house the offices of this organization.
