Charter of the Micronational General Alliance
We the citizens of the micronational world, in order to form a peaceful place to live establish this charter to end the threat of war and hostilities.

Article I.

Admittance into the MGA
Each nation must be approved by ALL member states. The applicant must have good standing relations with each delegation.

Upon Entry
Each member state has the obligation to vote in each decision brought upon by the President-General. Missing more that FOUR (4) decisions will bring about immediate expulsion.

Article II.

The Grand Alliance Council
This is the main body of the MGA. It consists of all member states and this is where debates and voting takes place.

The President-General
This position is the top post in the MGA. The PG will lead all proceedings and introduce new legislation. The first PG will be the founder of the MGA. The Grand Alliance Council will elect subsequent PGs. Each term will last three years, and a PG can be elected for a total of three (3) terms. If in the event of resignation of the PG, the VPG will assume all functions and serve out the orginal PG's term.

The Vice President-General
The VPG will be appointed by the PG and approved by the Council. Term limits apply here as above.

Article III.

Each member state upon ascension to their posts MUST relinquish all power to wage war against all member states. Until this pledge is approved by the micronation, they will not be able to take part in any of the proceedings of the MGA.

Article IV.

A) In the event of a non-member waging war against a member, the President-General will gather all member states to discuss options. A vote will be taken on each possible choice. To declare war, each nation must approve. However, the number of soldiers or other resources available can be decided by each member nation.

B) If a member wages war against another member, the one who declared the war will face immediate expulsion. Then the rules of a non-member waging war against a member will be followed.

C) The MGA will reserve the right to bring any nation to trial for war crimes.

The Micronational General Alliance is formed to protect nations and let each citizen flourish in our world.
